The Issue:

Ana Edar Sdn Bhd is a 37 years legacy of Tn Hj Othman Omar and Hjh Esah Omar. Started as Ana Edar which We Deliver was aimed at being a Syariah compliant and fully Halal and Toyyib wellness, health and fast-moving consumer goods producer. Well known throughout the country amongst networking businesses as they’re a licensed MLM Networking company. They’ve had their high and lows in business and sustainability have always been the main issue.

What we did:

Started sourcing for financial assistance for the company before we discovered it wasn’t the biggest problem for the company. Instead, it was more of structuring, strategic planning, business management that was in need of assistance and fine-tuning. We proposed our Business Improvement Model as a way to turn around its operations for the better. The group has created multiple income and cost centres from previously only relying on one company to now having 4 and will soon grow to 7.
The company is taking up bigger missions with a 10-year plan already in place. Proper structuring, human resource, administration and financial management.

The company is showing an increase in sales around 40% to 50% under the existing Ana Edar Sdn Bhd and will improve its bankability for the year 2021. Better focus as a company has been restructuring with each new company having its own Mission, Team, Leaders and Cashflow. Showing confidence for growth with a targeted 10 company’s to be created by 2022. Currently at 7 company’s with 4 being bankable and a proper cost centre.
